Beta Club, Prattville High School Chapter

Current Members: Scheduled meetings are typically at 8:45 AM in the MANE on the second Wednesday of each month school is in session.  More information will be given after our first meeting.

Transferring members: The PHS chapter will need a letter of good standing from your previous school before you can be admitted to the PHS Chapter. You may have your previous sponsor/supervising teacher email a letter to Mrs. Sewell (mackenzie.sewell@acboe.net). Transfer members in good standing do not have to be inducted.

Membership requirements for new members of Beta Club include (1) a 3.25 GPA in high school courses; (2) a sophomore, junior, or senior student at PHS; (3) good character marked by Achievement, Character, Leadership and Service; (4) participation in school, church, or community activities and programs that demonstrate a desire to develop teamwork, leadership and contribute to the Prattville community.

Important Dates:

Service Hours due April 15th (Seniors need 40 hours in order to receive cord for graduation.)

Field Day Permission Forms due April 24th. (Field day is at Daniel Pratt on May 14th/15th).

Alabama State Beta Club Convention Dates February - 19 - 21, 2025 in Montgomery, Alabama

Registration Deadline is January 21, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
