Courses Taught: Algebra 1 with Probability

Hello! My name is Colbey Thornton, and it is my second year teaching at Prattville High School. This school year I will be teaching Algebra 1 with Probability! I am also the head tennis coach and one of the assistant volleyball coaches! I am absolutely ecstatic to begin this school year and meet all of my students. I am a firm believer that every child can succeed, and it is my life goal to help each of my students do anything they set their minds to! I hope this school year is a blast!

My sister is in the tenth grade at PHS! With nearly an 8-year age gap between us, it has been so much fun getting to teach at the same school she attends!

My husband and I are newly married, so some may say we are still in the honeymoon phase! We enjoy hiking, camping, and taking our dogs to the creek downtown! He is a big help with the "in's and out's" of the school year!
