Daniel E. Farris Ed.D.

Dr. Daniel Farris, a native of Chilton County, Alabama, is married to Dr. Betsy Farris and is the proud father of two children—Charles (4) and Caroline (1). With 10 years of experience in educational leadership, Dr. Farris is currently in his sixth year as principal of Prattville High School. His career has been dedicated exclusively to large high schools in Alabama, where he leads with a servant leadership philosophy focused on empowering youth and preparing them for future success. He believes if the small things are done right, the big things will take care of themselves. Outside of his professional role, Dr. Farris enjoys running, attending church with his family, discovering new restaurants, working in his yard, and spending time boating on the lake.
