Google Classroom Technical Issues

Please read all information before emailing. 

If you attempt to log in and the message says “account not found or no account exists”, please click on the email icon and send a message that includes your legal name, grade and student number and we will contact you. 

 

**Passwords can only be provided to the student and/or student's parent/guardian. 

**Do not change passwords

**Class Codes: if you need a class code, you must email each of your teachers. 

If you can log in, but not reach the google classroom module, or receive a message that says to contact an administrator, please troubleshoot using the following instructions:

 

1.   Are you on the App?

a.   Make sure the app is not linking to a personal account

b.   App does not always work on Androids

 

2.   Have you tried to login by using your phones web browser (safari, google)? If you do, all personal gmail/google accounts must be signed out.

a.   If you receive an error message that states to see an administrator, your personal google account is causing conflict.

 

3.   Have you tried logging in on a computer or a tablet? If you can log in on one of these and get to google classroom, it means there is a problem with your phone. You can:

a.   Delete the App and re-download it.

b.   Close out all personal gmail/google accounts, even if using the APP

c.    Is the APP up-to-date?

d.   Use your phones web browser.
