English 12 and English 12 Honors are courses within which students will study British Literature. English 12 will read such texts as Beowulf, Canterbury Tales, The Tragedy of Macbeth, various Shakespearean Sonnets, Wilder Girls, and other essays, short stories, speeches, and poetry.
English 12 Honors will also read Beowulf, Canterbury Tales, various Shakespearean Sonnets, along with other essays, short stories, speeches, and poetry, but will also read Othello, A Tale of Two Cities, and The Kite Runner.
